Crew Guidelines

Crew Members

Welcome to the Crew Scene! These guidelines provide important information of what is expected from each member throughout their time in the crew scene. They are designed to help Crews maintain a strong reputation, uphold high-quality roleplay, and ensure all members act accordingly within the community. By following the guidelines, your Crew will be better informed and equipped to grow. Please read them thoroughly. ๐Ÿ‘ฅCrew Members and Image

Crews are capped to a minimum of 4 members and a maximum of 7 members. If the Crewโ€™s numbers drop below 4 members, they will be disbanded.

Crews are expected to maintain a high standard of roleplay; low-quality roleplay will not be tolerated. Your Crewโ€™s image is a direct reflection of the actions of its leaders, members, and associates.

All members must be registered in the Crewโ€™s Discord. Your Discord names must be set to the guideline standards. (Character Name | Steam/CFX Name)

As a Crew Leader, you are responsible for adding and removing your own members within the role-request channel. This includes giving them the Crew Role they are joining, as well as the โ€œCrewโ€ role.

โณCooldown

Upon leaving any registered criminal organisation, a mandatory cooldown period of one week will be enforced before an individual is eligible to join any Crew, Faction, Gang or Organisation. This rule stands even if you are removed from the criminal organisation involuntarily.

Failure to follow the waiting period will result in immediate removal from the organisation and a further 1-week waiting period to be added. This is not inclusive of self imposed disbands unless staff have issued the disband.

โš–๏ธResponsibility for Members

Crews that select individuals to represent them bear responsibility for their actions. The conduct of your members directly reflects on your Crewโ€™s reputation and image. The actions of your members can impact the progression of your Crew.

Crew leaders, members, and associates are expected to uphold all Apollo Networks Community Guidelines & Crew Guidelines at all times while in the server.

Players who are banned cannot be added to a Crew. They will need to wait until they are off their ban to join the Crew.

๐Ÿ‘‘Crew Representatives

If changing Crew Representatives, the new Crew Representative must be a registered member in the Crew for at least one week and have a minimum of 20 days playtime & no staff actions (including verbal warnings) in the past 30 days.

If a Crew Representative receives more than two staff actions within 30 days, they will be required to step down, and another Crew member must be appointed as the new representative. If there are no suitable candidates, the Crew will be disbanded.

๐Ÿ”‘Crew Properties & Rentals

Crew leaders and members are responsible for who they grant access to Crew properties. Staff will not reimburse items stolen from Crew-owned houses.

Members are strongly advised not to store personal or valuable items in Crew properties and to instead use vehicles or lockers.

Keys should be reset regularly and always when purchasing a new property. (Clean cash and keycards may be returned at staff discretion.)

Rentals:

All crew rental payments are required to be made using clean money and are collected via IBAN transfer. Rent must be sent to IBAN: ACTAXOFFICE after the server restarts every Sunday, and the responsibility for completing this payment lies with your crew leaders.

Once the transfer has been made, screenshot proof of payment must be posted in your respective leader channels. Manual collections/placing rent in vehicles and houses are not accepted.

๐ŸŽญRoleplay Standards & Character Presentation

All Crew members are expected to maintain high-quality roleplay, including appropriate character appearance and presentation.

  • Gender changes require prior approval from the Administration team through a staff ticket and must be supported by meaningful roleplay. Youโ€™ll be expected to provide a detailed explanation of who the character is, why the change is happening, and how it fits into your roleplay.

  • Gender swaps done without approval will be reversed and subject to staff action.

  • Troll or unrealistic character appearances are not permitted and may result in staff action.

Your character reflects both your Crew and the wider community. Members are expected to uphold the serverโ€™s roleplay standards at all times.

Hostilities

Hostilities

Street conflict must follow proper escalation and roleplay standards. Random, pre-emptive, or undeclared hostility is not permitted. ๐Ÿ“ˆEscalation Requirements Before any street conflict begins, both crews are required to attend a non-hostile meeting where demands are stated and an attempt is made to resolve the dispute through roleplay. If no agreement is reached and neither crew agrees to fold, the crews are considered hostile to each other once the meeting concludes. A mandatory 30-minute cooldown begins immediately after the meeting to allow both parties to prepare. No hostile actions may occur during this cooldown. ๐ŸšจActive Street Conflict Once the cooldown ends, crews are in active street conflict. While in active street conflict:

  • Either crew may initiate hostile actions at any time if a member of the opposing crew is encountered.

  • Hostile actions include kidnapping, robbery, OR killing.

  • No further warnings, declarations, or meetings are required.

  • Hostilities continue until one crew formally folds or the conflict is resolved through roleplay.

  • There is no such thing as โ€œplanned fightsโ€ unless explicitly agreed upon during the non-hostile meeting.

Conflict Triggers & Limitations:

  • Conflict may only stem from in-character roleplay (e.g. disrespect, disputes, unmet demands).

  • Event outcomes or losing an event cannot be used as justification for conflict.

  • Words exchanged while dead do not count unless heard by a living character.

  • Baiting reactions solely to start conflict is prohibited.

Evidence & Roleplay Standards:

  • Crews must be able to provide clips showing adequate roleplay leading up to and following the conflict.

  • Clips must include both in-game audio and microphone audio.

  • Low-quality roleplay will result in hostilities being voided immediately.

Declaration TimeFrame:

If conflict is based on disrespect or an incident, escalation must occur within 10 days of the event.

๐Ÿ‘ฅParticipants

Crews are allowed to have a maximum of 7 participants for hostilities. All 7 participants must be registered members of your Crew and not outside personnel. No one outside of the registered members are allowed to participate in conflict.

๐Ÿš—Vehicles

Vehicle usage during hostilities and events must remain realistic and within roleplay standards. Intentional ramming is strictly prohibited.

Helicopters:

  • Pitting or ramming using helicopters is strictly prohibited under all circumstances.

  • Helicopter collisions are highly unrealistic, carry extreme fatal risk, and show disregard for character life.

  • Any attempt to intentionally collide with or disable a helicopter using another helicopter will result in staff action.

Ground Vehicle Pitting:

  • A pit manoeuvre is a controlled, deliberate action performed by one vehicle making brief contact with the side/rear of another vehicle to temporarily slow it down.

  • Ramming is the intentional collision with another vehicle without attempting a proper PIT manoeuvre, including repeated collisions on the same vehicle.

  • If you attempt a pit and make contact, you must allow reasonable time to pass before attempting another pit.

Repeated or excessive contact on a single vehicle will be considered ramming.

Vehicle Restrictions:

  • Sports cars and motorbikes may not be used for pitting.

  • Off-road variants of vehicles (e.g. off-road Lamborghinis, off-road R8s) are permitted, as they are not classified as standard sports cars.

  • All bulletproof vehicles and vehicles with GTA-mounted weapons are banned from hostilities.

---

---

๐Ÿ“…Events

  • During events, all ramming, pitting, and vehicle contact is prohibited unless explicitly stated otherwise by staff.

Any crew found engaging in helicopter ramming, excessive ramming, or improper vehicle use will face disciplinary action.

๐ŸŽญConflict Outfits

During any conflict, participants must wear identifiable clothing that signifies their Crewโ€™s affiliation in their primary colour. This is non-negotiable. This includes whether you are dead. If you are driving around with the intention to do hostile actions against another group, you must be wearing your clothing preemptively.

๐ŸงจBody Pickups & Intel

Only registered Factions/Crews can participate in body pickups and gather intel for other Factions/Crews who are in conflict. Crews are not permitted to outsource body pickups to gangs or organisations.

Hangarounds are not allowed to participate in body pickups or provide intel under any circumstances. Only members who are formally plussed into a crew/faction via the role-request channel are authorised to conduct body pickups and share intel.

Body pickups must wear identifiable clothing, e.g. alien outfits, etc.

Body pickups cannot take conflict into their own hands or participate in the conflict. Body pickups must adhere to the fail fear rule and additionally not have any weapon on the person while doing pickups.

๐ŸชขKidnapping

When conducting kidnapping you cannot hold an individual kidnapped for longer than 30 minutes.

You must articulate to the opposing Crew or Faction why you are kidnapping one of their members, and you must leave them in a position attainable by foot. You cannot kidnap the same person within an hour period.

๐Ÿš“Police Numbers

Police numbers must be on LOW to initiate hostilities, if the police numbers drop below LOW, the current hostilities may continue until the scenario has ended.

If police numbers are on VERY LOW, only a maximum of 4 members on each side may participate in a shootout. The rest of the Faction/Crew members may act as body pickups or run intel for their Faction/Crew, they must be adhering to the Body Pickups & Intel Rule.

---

๐ŸšซOutside Personnel

Factions/Crews are not permitted to have players outside of their Faction/Crew participate in hostilities.

Gangs and Orgs may act as a middle ground to try and resolve the conflict but they cannot join in on the hostilities or act on behalf of the opposing Faction/Crew. This includes bodypicking.

โฑ๏ธDeath Timers

During any Crew/Faction-related hostilities, a 15-minute cooldown is enacted once you respawn. This applies if you are revived by MAS, or FRV, taken to the hospital, or respawn. Keep in mind that you are not permitted to respawn in the middle of an active roleplay scene.

You can check how much longer you have left on your cooldown by doing /timer.

Timers do not safeguard you from being kidnapped or killed again; you should not be near the conflict whilst on timer. You can however be kidnapped/killed whilst on timer.

๐Ÿ”’Weapon Safeguards

There is no safeguard regarding any weapons in place. If you let someone borrow your gun during hostilities whether that be an event, on the street or war. If they do not return the firearm that is your in character responsibility to resolve. Staff will not assist you in this situation.

โœ‹Intervention

Crew Management may intervene in conflict if they deem it necessary, this can be for a variety of reasons such as toxicity or lack of RP etc.

๐Ÿ“‹Dodging Meetings

If the declaring Crew or Faction is trying to make genuine attempts to create a meeting, but is being avoided to avoid a declaration purposefully (Discretion of Crew Management), the declaring Crew or Faction can instead attempt to kidnap members. This is at the approval of Crew Management, only in rare cases where there are no exterior factors.

---

๐ŸคTeaming

There is to be no form of teaming within any form of fights, conflicts or events (shooting or not) between any Crew or Faction. Police are not included in this granted you have as a Crew or Faction a reason to fight police (Avoid Arrest, Save Members etc)

๐ŸชชWhitelisted Players & Robbing

Once all opposing members have been removed from play and you can clearly identify that the vehicle belongs to the opposing Crew/Faction, you will then be able to rob vehicles if applicable. However, you can rob health items at any time during conflict.

Whitelisted robberies are allowed during conflict. If you are robbing an opposing Crew/Faction member, you are required to roleplay out the scenario and not just handcuff and rob the member.

If you are robbing an opposing Crew/Faction member, you must adhere to the Community Guidelines & Crew Guidelines. Failure to have reasonable roleplay behind robbing them will fall under chain robbing.

If you are robbing an opposing Crew/Faction member, you cannot kill them.

Cuffing an opposing Crew/Faction member can remain and should only be done when it is safe to do so. The member may be alone or away from others and also be outnumbered. If the person is beanbagged, they are able to be cuffed but canโ€™t be robbed mid shootout.

โš ๏ธSanctions & Info

The usage of firework launchers in conflict is strictly prohibited.

Flopping & emoting in the middle of conflict to avoid being shot is considered powergaming.

If you are found to be failing to fear for your characterโ€™s life during any hostile or high-risk interaction, whether with police, an opposing crew, or any non-affiliated individual, you will be subject to a 24-hour ban and may have items of value removed.

It is obvious to staff when someone crashes or disconnects from the server purposely during conflict to avoid losing their weapon or any other means. If you are to crash/disconnect, please create a ticket to alert staff. It is your responsibility to inform staff if you are experiencing difficulties with disconnecting, reconnecting or crashing within the server. If you crash/disconnect and do not make a ticket, the items of value that you had on your character will be removed, and you will be subject to a ban.

If a member of the same Crew/Faction is found to be shooting their fellow members to avoid being robbed or kidnapped, they will be actioned accordingly.

Do not roleplay with dead bodies. Once someone has been killed, you can either move their body and leave the area or leave the area. Do not hover around dead bodies and wait for police to arrive, or in any other circumstances. You can say your passing words, then move on.

Crew Events & Tokens

Crew Events Crew and Faction members are expected to follow all event-related procedures and guidelines. โœˆ๏ธEvent Travel & Access

All official events are accessed via Roxwood Airport (PC 4046).

Members must proceed to the hangar and speak with the pilot to board the private jet to the event island. Only those approved and listed will be permitted to travel to the event.

Attempting to access events without being approved or listed may result in staff action. Make sure you are entering the correct event bucket.

๐Ÿ”Rejoining & Leaving Events

If you timeout or disconnect during an event, you may rejoin by using /enterevent 101 upon reconnecting. The pilot will return you to the event island. You do not need assistance from the crew team in re-entering the bucket as long as you have interacted with the pilot once.

If you need to leave early or once the event has concluded, you may use /leaveevent, and the pilot will transport you back to the main bucket.

๐Ÿš”Safety & Police Interaction

Players who are not yet in the event server but are preparing to attend an event are not considered safe from police interaction.

Any crimes committed while traveling to or preparing for an event may be acted upon by police as they see fit. We recommend that you enter the bucket before grabbing any illegal weapons/items.

Travel and preparation are done at your own risk, and players are expected to plan accordingly.

โš ๏ธMisuse & Enforcement

Any misuse of the event system or mechanics will be taken seriously and may result in severe penalties, including but not limited to:

- Removal from future events - Crew strikes - Temporary or permanent server bans.

Players are expected to act responsibly at all times.

Crew Tokens & Event Usage

Crew and Faction members are expected to follow all event-related procedures and guidelines.

๐Ÿ…Token Distribution

Crew Tokens are not earned through normal roleplay, routine participation, or standard events. Tokens are awarded only for exceptional roleplay at the discretion of staff.

Crews are capped at a maximum of 6 Crew Tokens at any given time to prevent hoarding and encourage strategic use.

๐ŸŽฏEvent Token Costs

Crew Tokens may be redeemed to request the following event types:

- 2 Tokens โ€“ Flagged Vans, King of the Hill - 4 Tokens โ€“ Time on Vans, Fortnite-Style Event - 6 Tokens โ€“ Escort / Defend, TDM-Style Bracket Event

๐Ÿ”„Token Swaps (Items & Rewards)

Crews and Factions may exchange Crew Tokens for specific items instead of events. Factions have access to higher-tier rewards.

Crew & Faction Swaps:

- 1 Token โ†’ 1 Matts Case - 2 Tokens โ†’ 1 Gun Case - 3 Tokens โ†’ 1 SMG Case - 1 Token โ†’ 1 Crate Token

Faction-Only Swaps:

- 2 Tokens โ†’ Airdrops - 3 Tokens โ†’ 1 Red USB - 4 Tokens โ†’ 1 Rifle Case

๐ŸŽฒCrate Tokens (Separate System)

Crate Tokens are awarded for staff-recognised individual roleplay, separate from Crew Tokens. Redeemed via the Mule system by selecting a number between 1โ€“20 to determine the reward. Crate Tokens cannot be used to request events or item swaps.

โš ๏ธ Token Restrictions

Crew Tokens cannot be sold, traded, or transferred between Crews or Factions.

Any Crew found attempting to misuse, sell, or transfer tokens will be permanently barred from receiving Crew Tokens.

Sanctions

---

Sanctions

The purpose of sanctions is to apply appropriate in-roleplay consequences that hold players accountable for their actions and to protect the quality of roleplay in the server. They ensure consequences are taken seriously while giving players a way to earn back trust through in-game effort.

๐Ÿ„Cards, Bans and Mushrooms Apollo Networks | Mushroom Crafting

If you receive a yellow card within the past 14 days, you will be prohibited from participating in all events. Similarly, if you receive a ban within the past 30 days, you will also be prohibited from participating.

To lift these restrictions, you must produce 300 final bags of Mushrooms for a yellow card, or 650 final bags of Mushrooms for ban.

If you have joined a Crew/Faction and have previously received a yellow card or ban before your event prohibition period has expired, you will need to complete Mushrooms.

Please note, that you are not permitted to receive any assistance in making the Mushrooms as part of your punishment. Once you have completed the required Mushrooms, inform Crew Management. You will place these in a vehicle and inform us of the plate.

โณBan Periods

Players must wait out any ban period before being officially accepted and acknowledged as a member of a Crew/Faction.

If an individual has returned off of either a 30+ Day Ban or a Permanent Ban, they must wait 30 days before being able to join any criminal organisation. If an individual was in an Crew/Faction prior, and remains in it during the duration of their ban, this does not apply. Mushrooms must be completed if they choose to partake in events/war within that 30 day period from being added into the Crew/Faction.

๐Ÿ›‘Disconnection During Roleplay/Conflict

It is very obvious to us when someone purposefully disconnects or forces a game crash in order to avoid losing a weapon or avoiding consequences for your roleplay actions.

If you do crash or disconnect whilst dead or in active roleplay, You are required to make a ticket and inform staff that this has occurred.

You are responsible for letting us know as soon as possible if you are experiencing any difficulties with disconnecting, reconnecting or crashing within the server.

If you fail to do the above or are found to be intentionally disconnecting or crashing your game the items you had on your persons at the time will be wiped and you will be subject to a staff action.

โš ๏ธFail Fear Consequences

Fail Fear, As per Rule 13 found in the Community Guidelines

โ€Value your character's life as you would your own. While portraying bravery is commendable, it should not venture into the realm of the unrealistic.โ€

If you are found to be failing to fear for your character's life whilst in active conflict you will be subject to staff action. This results in at minimum a 24 hour ban.

To further simplify this rule, If a player aims a gun at you and you do not have a gun out, you cannot pull your gun out and shoot.

If you dismount out of a car and they are already aiming guns at you, you cannot pull your gun out and shoot.

If you are beanbagged or stunned and they are aiming guns at you, you cannot pull your gun out and shoot.

If a member of an Organisation, Gang, Faction, Crew or Police is actively aiming guns at you, you cannot pull your gun out and shoot.

NON LETHAL FIREARMS SUCH AS BEANBAGS, PEPPERBALLS OR TASERS DO NOT REQUIRE YOU TO COMPLY.

Crew and Faction Strikes

Crews and Faction strikes aim to ensure accountability following the same set standards as individual members. They make Crews and Faction leaders accountable for their members and ensure they are doing right by not only their own Crews and Faction but the server as well.

Crews and Faction strikes occur when as a group through the action of its members breach server rules or cause significant issues within the server. Crews and Factions will typically be informed prior to a Crews and Faction strike being issued to adjust their actions, however based on severity or repeated offences it may be applied without warning.

Crews and Faction Strikes follow a simple 3 strike system.

Strike One

  • A verbal warning will be issued to the whole Crew/Faction. We suggest you read over the Community Guidelines and the Crew/Faction Guidelines.

Strike Two

  • The whole Crew/Faction will be banned from attending events for 2 weeks.

Strike Three

A Crew/Faction Disbandment.

Additionally if the Crew Team deem it necessary, your status as a Crew or Faction may be revoked or demoted at any given period. This remains at the direction and discretion of the Crew Team.

Police Engagement

---

Police Engagement

As a Crew, you are held accountable to a higher standard, setting the benchmark on Police interactions and overall roleplay within the server.

PD wiping is a last resort, and not something we look at lightly. If engaging in hostilities with Police, there needs to be a proper form of interaction, declaration and a valid reason. PD wiping is a last resort.

You cannot join in on a PD wipe if you do not have any of your Crew/Faction members in custody.

During hostilities or potential hostilities with Police, a declaration must be made within one minute of actively shooting. This means you must make it extremely clear to Police that if your circumstances or demands are not met, you will actively turn the scene hostile.

When conducting hostile roleplay with police, a 15-minute cooldown is enacted once you respawn, if you are killed. This applies if you are revived by AV, or FRV, taken to the hospital, or respawn. Keep in mind that you are not permitted to respawn in the middle of an active roleplay scene.

If your Crew/Faction is in direct conflict with Police and solely Police, you are permitted to exceed the conflict limitation of 10 participants or 7 for Crews, exclusive to official members of your Crew/Faction.

During police hostilities, you are not required to wear your clothing or conflict outfit.

โš ๏ธFail Fear Against Police

Under no circumstances should individuals run into active Police scenes to carry individuals out, or to "rescue" your friend. This is classed as fail fear during police hostilities.

๐Ÿ“Reporting Police

If a Police officer breaks the rules in any way shape or form it is not your organisation or gangs responsibility to act on this rulebreak in any way within RP. You must practice โ€œSilent Reportingโ€ and create a ticket. If you believe there is an issue with the Police you are also able to submit an IBAC ticket through a support ticket in the Apollo Networks Discord.

๐Ÿ”ฅHostilities against Police

During Hostilities with Police, you must still follow your 15 minute death timer. This is regardless of if you were killed by Police, Crew/Faction or any other way. Police must follow this also, You should not be involved in any way at all whilst on your timer. You can utilise /timer to verify this.

You are not allowed to use explosives towards police at active medical triages. If you are in an active fight with police you are still able to utilise explosives in any situation besides when they are at a triage, Additionally if police are utilising a police station for mass causality scenes you are able to forward this to IBAC.

Discords & Player Reports

---

Discords & Player Reports ๐Ÿ’ฌCrew Discords

All Factions and Crews must provide access to their main discord where at least 1 Crew Staff is in the discord. All Crew Staff must have admin permissions to the discord.

Faction/Crew discords are not allowed to have permanently banned members from Apollo Networks.

All Faction/Crew discords must follow the Apollo Networks Community Guidelines.

๐Ÿ“ฃReporting of Another Crew or Faction

If you have concerns about the behaviour of your Crew or an opposing Faction/Crew, their members, or associates, please follow the appropriate course for reporting.

Provide a detailed account of your concerns, accompanied by any supporting evidence, via the Apollo Networks Discord Support Ticket for the Crew Managementโ€™s review.

Do not private message any member of the Crew Team unless they have stated otherwise.

Disbandment of Crews

---

Disbandment of Crews

๐Ÿ›‘Disbands

If the Crew Management and Crew Assistants deem it needed, your Crew status can be revoked and force disbanded at any moment. This remains at the discretion of Crew Management, Crew Assistants, and the Apollo Staff Team. This is not negotiable.

As a Crew, you are expected to remain active, you will be warned once about inactivity. Any more inactivity will result in your Crew being disbanded. Force disbands will result in a 1 week waiting period before you can join another Crew or a 2 week waiting period if you want to start another crew.

If your Crew is voluntarily disbanded, there is no 1 week waiting period before you can join another Crew, Faction, Gang or Organisation. However, there is a 1 week waiting period before a brand new crew can be formed.

If your Crew receives a total of 3 strikes, your Faction will be forced to disband with a 1-week waiting period.
