# Terms of Service

*Effective Date: 24 March 2026*

Welcome to Apollo Networks ("Apollo," "we," "us," or "our"), an Australian FiveM roleplay community. By connecting to our game servers, joining our Discord, purchasing supporter packages, or otherwise participating in our community, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

Apollo Networks is an independently operated custom server. **Apollo Networks is not approved, sponsored, or endorsed by Rockstar Games, Inc. or Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc.**

***

### 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Apollo Networks service — including our FiveM game server, Discord server, website, or Tebex store — you confirm that:

* You are aged 16 or older, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian;
* You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full;
* You agree to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms; and
* You understand that your continued use of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they are updated from time to time.

***

### 2. Community Rules and Conduct

All participants in Apollo Networks must comply with our Community Guidelines and roleplay rules, which are published and kept up to date at:

<https://docs.apollonetworks.online/server-guides/community-guidelines>

The Community Guidelines cover all rules governing player conduct, roleplay standards, prohibited behaviour, and in-game restrictions. They are incorporated into these Terms by reference and have the same force as if set out in full here.

By connecting to our game server or participating in our community, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to comply with the Community Guidelines as they exist at the time of your participation, including any updates made from time to time. We will endeavour to announce material changes to the Community Guidelines via our Discord server.

Breaches of the Community Guidelines are breaches of these Terms and may result in enforcement action as set out in Section 5 below.

***

### 3. Anti-Cheat and System Integrity Scanning

To maintain a fair and secure environment for all players, Apollo Networks uses anti-cheat tools and integrity scanning systems. By connecting to our game server, you expressly acknowledge and consent to the following.

#### 3.1 What We Scan

When you connect to the Apollo Networks FiveM server, our systems may access and collect information from your device, including:

* A list of software and processes currently running on your system;
* Loaded modules, DLLs, or injected code that interact with the game client;
* Hardware identifiers (such as CPU, GPU, and disk identifiers) for the purpose of ban enforcement;
* FiveM client files and configuration; and
* Other system-level information reasonably necessary to detect cheats, hacks, mod menus, or unauthorised modifications.

#### 3.2 Purpose and Use

Information collected through scanning is used solely for the following purposes:

* Detecting and preventing cheating, exploiting, and unauthorised modifications;
* Identifying and enforcing bans against players who violate these Terms; and
* Maintaining the integrity and security of the Apollo Networks game environment.

We do not use scanning data for advertising, sale to third parties, or any purpose unrelated to server security and integrity.

#### 3.3 Manual Scans

In addition to automated scanning, Apollo Networks staff may request that a player undergo a manual scan where there is a reasonable basis to suspect cheating, exploitation, or a breach of these Terms. Manual scans involve a staff member supervising the player installing and running approved third-party scanning software on their device.

The following conditions apply to manual scans:

* **Staff supervision:** All manual scans are conducted under the direct supervision of an Apollo Networks staff member. The supervising staff member will guide the player through the installation and execution of the scan software and will be present for the duration of the process.
* **Approved software only:** Only software approved by Apollo Networks management will be used for manual scans. Players will be informed of the name of the software before being asked to proceed.
* **Scope of scan:** The scan is limited to information reasonably necessary to detect cheat software, injected code, unauthorised modifications, or ban evasion tools. Staff will not direct players to navigate to, open, or share content unrelated to the integrity of the game client.
* **Results handling:** Scan results are treated as sensitive information. They will only be accessed by the supervising staff member and relevant Apollo Networks management. Results will not be shared outside of Apollo Networks except where required by law, and will be retained only for as long as necessary for the relevant enforcement purpose.
* **Staff obligations:** Staff members conducting manual scans are required to handle all data observed during the process with confidentiality and must not record, screenshot, or retain any information beyond what is necessary to reach an enforcement decision. Misuse of information obtained during a manual scan by a staff member is a serious disciplinary matter.

#### 3.4 Consent and Withdrawal

By connecting to our server, you provide informed consent to automated scanning as described in Sections 3.1 and 3.2. Consent to a manual scan as described in Section 3.3 is sought separately at the time of the request.

**You have the right to decline a manual scan.** However, a refusal to undergo a manual scan when reasonably requested by staff will be treated as grounds for a temporary suspension pending further review, and may result in a permanent ban if staff determine there is sufficient other basis to conclude a breach of these Terms has occurred. Apollo Networks will not draw an automatic adverse inference solely from a refusal, but refusal does not prevent enforcement action on other available evidence.

If you do not consent to automated scanning, you must not connect to the Apollo Networks game server. Withdrawal of consent to automated scanning means you will be unable to participate in our game server, though you may continue to participate in our Discord community subject to these Terms.

### 4. Supporter Packages and Purchases

Supporter packages and in-game perks are available through our Tebex storefront. All purchases are governed by our Tebex Store Terms of Service, which are published at:

<https://store.apollonetworks.gg/tos>

The Tebex Store Terms of Service are incorporated into these Terms by reference. By making a purchase through our store, you acknowledge and agree to those terms.

In addition to the Tebex Store Terms of Service, the following applies to all purchases:

* All purchases are for personal, non-commercial use on the Apollo Networks server only; and
* Digital goods and perks have no monetary value outside of Apollo Networks.

***

### 5. Enforcement and Sanctions

#### 5.1 Our Rights

Apollo Networks reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:

* Issue warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans for violations of these Terms or the Community Guidelines;
* Remove any content, characters, or assets associated with a violation; and
* Take any other action reasonably necessary to protect the community and server integrity.

#### 5.2 Ban Evasion

Attempting to circumvent a ban by connecting with an alternate account, new hardware identifiers, or a VPN is a violation of these Terms and will result in the alternate account being banned. Persistent evasion may result in escalated action.

#### 5.3 Appeals

Players who believe a sanction has been applied in error may submit an appeal by following the process set out at:

<https://www.apollonetworks.gg/appeals>

We will consider appeals in good faith, but our decisions are final.

***

### 6. Intellectual Property

Apollo Networks operates as a custom FiveM server using assets developed by Rockstar Games and third-party creators under the applicable Creator Platform License Agreement. All custom content developed by Apollo Networks — including scripts, UI, and branding — is the property of Apollo Networks and may not be copied, distributed, or used without our express written permission.

***

### 7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including the Australian Consumer Law), Apollo Networks and its operators, staff, and affiliates are not liable for:

* Loss of in-game progress, characters, assets, or supporter perks;
* Service interruptions, server downtime, or technical failures;
* Actions taken by other community members; or
* Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other mandatory consumer protection legislation that cannot be excluded by contract.

***

### 8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post a notice in our Discord server. Your continued participation in Apollo Networks services following notice of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

***

### 9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

***

### 10. Contact

For questions about these Terms, please contact the Apollo Networks management team through our official Discord server.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.apollonetworks.online/server-guides/terms-of-service.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
